End-User License Agreement (EULA)
FM Audio – EULA
This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and FEAL IT AS. This EULA governs your acquisition and use of our FM Audio software (“Software”).
Please read this agreement carefully before installing or using the Software. By clicking “Accept”, installing, or using FM Audio, you confirm your acceptance of this EULA.
License Grant
FEAL IT AS grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use FM Audio on your devices in accordance with this agreement.
You may install and use FM Audio on any device under your control, provided it meets the minimum requirements.
Restrictions
- Do not modify, decompile, or reverse engineer the Software.
- Do not distribute or resell the Software commercially.
- Do not allow third-party use of the Software.
- Do not use the Software to violate laws or regulations.
Intellectual Property
The Software and all related intellectual property remain the property of FEAL IT AS.
Termination
This EULA remains in effect until terminated. It will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with its terms.
Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of Norway.
FM Audio – Contrat de Licence Utilisateur Final (EULA)
Ce Contrat de Licence Utilisateur Final (« EULA ») constitue un accord légal entre vous et FEAL IT AS. Il régit l’acquisition et l’utilisation du logiciel FM Audio (« Logiciel »).
Veuillez lire attentivement cet accord avant d’installer ou d’utiliser le Logiciel. En cliquant sur « Accepter », en installant ou en utilisant FM Audio, vous acceptez d’être lié par les conditions du présent EULA.
Octroi de Licence
FEAL IT AS vous accorde une licence personnelle, non transférable et non exclusive pour utiliser FM Audio sur vos appareils conformément au présent accord.
Restrictions
- Il est interdit de modifier, décompiler ou désassembler le Logiciel.
- Il est interdit de distribuer ou revendre le Logiciel à des fins commerciales.
- Il est interdit de permettre l’utilisation du Logiciel par des tiers.
- Il est interdit d’utiliser le Logiciel en violation des lois applicables.
Propriété Intellectuelle
Le Logiciel et tous les droits de propriété intellectuelle associés demeurent la propriété de FEAL IT AS.
Résiliation
Le présent EULA reste en vigueur jusqu’à sa résiliation. Il prendra fin immédiatement en cas de non-respect de ses conditions.
Loi Applicable
Le présent EULA est régi par les lois de la Norvège.
FM Audio – Sluttbrukeravtale (EULA)
Denne sluttbrukeravtalen (« EULA ») er en juridisk avtale mellom deg og FEAL IT AS. Den regulerer bruken av FM Audio-programvaren (« Programvaren »).
Les nøye gjennom avtalen før du installerer eller bruker programvaren. Ved å klikke « Godta », installere eller bruke FM Audio, samtykker du i vilkårene i denne avtalen.
Lisens tilgang
FEAL IT AS gir deg en personlig, ikke-overførbar og ikke-eksklusiv lisens til å bruke FM Audio i henhold til denne avtalen.
Begrensninger
- Du kan ikke endre, dekompilere eller revers-ingeniøre programvaren.
- Du kan ikke distribuere eller selge programvaren kommersielt.
- Du kan ikke la tredjepart bruke programvaren på dine vegne.
- Du kan ikke bruke programvaren i strid med gjeldende lover.
Opphavsrett og Eiendomsrett
Programvaren og alle tilknyttede immaterielle rettigheter forblir eiendom til FEAL IT AS.
Oppsigelse
Denne avtalen gjelder til den sies opp, og avsluttes umiddelbart ved brudd på vilkårene.
Lovvalg
Denne EULA-avtalen er underlagt norsk lov.
